The Youth Ministry here at Teays Valley Baptist Church is multi-faceted. From Little B's to Varsity there are many programs available for your children.

Sunday School

• Our Sunday School is graded to allow children to work on their own level.
  The classes are available beginning with our Little Bees ( 2 & 3 year olds) through our High School.
• Sunday School is an integral part of teaching young Christians the Word of God.

Children's Church

• Another part of our Youth Ministry is the Children's Church Program. We have three separate groups coinciding with our Adult Worship.
  4 & 5 year old Children's Church
  6 thru 8 year old Junior Church
  9 thru 12 year old Youth Church
• Each group has different activities and preaching times to fit their particular needs.

During the latter part of Junior and Youth Church, they are combined into the Teays Valley Youth Choir. This ministry is essential in fulfilling the needs young people have to Worship their Savior in song.

On Wednesday nights at 7:00pm we offer the AWANA program.

• AWANA stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed.
  This program offers young people the opportunity to learn God's Word, to fellowship with peers and to counsel with leaders. It has classes for Cubbies , which begin with children who are three years old, and continues on thru Varsity.
  These clubs also provide adults and teens the opportunity to serve in the local Church. Our clubs average over 275 during the week.
• On Sunday at 4:45pm we have AKX, this is an advanced High School program we offer through AWANA.
